Started: He began playing boccia at age 18 in 2001 in Bratislava, Slovakia. (Athlete, 27 Aug 2024) Reason: He was introduced to the sport at his school. "They told me I should try it. I took part in the training, I was immediately interested as it was fun and since then I have been doing this sport for over 20 years." He would also like to win a gold medal at a world and European championships.
