In March 2024 he began working as an impact manager at the International Paralympic Committee [IPC]. "I will contribute to developing the committee's first impact strategy and create an impact concept to explore, enhance, and demonstrate the transformative effect Para sports have on individuals and society in general. Working in the IPC really increases the awe and the feeling of how big it all is - of course for me personally, but also how big an impact the Games have and can potentially have for millions of people all over the world.
