Started: He began playing table tennis in 1998 in Poland. He took up Para table tennis in 2008 in Bialystok, Poland. (tvp.pl, 13 Apr 2019; Athlete, 18 May 2016)
Reason: "I was always very active, I was involved in football, table tennis, martial arts, kickboxing and then after my accident I returned to table tennis.
