Reason: "As a child, when I could still see a little better, I rode a bike on my own. When my eyesight deteriorated, I could no longer do it. I sat on a tandem for the first time as an adult. At first, I only rode for tourism. Later, more and more often. I had this hunger to ride more and more and faster. In 2016, Iwona Podkoscielna and Ola Teclaw won gold in Rio [at the Paralympic Games]. I was a student at the time and I regretted that I had not started with these tandems earlier."
