Reason: She was recruited to the sport by Para powerlifting coach Ken Hurley after Hurley saw her playing in a wheelchair basketball match. "He asked me if I would like to try powerlifting. I did and here I am now. I love it. It made me feel powerful, it's gave me an opportunity to meet people with different disabilities and represent my country worldwide."
