Biography
Started: He took up Para athletics through the Adaptive Sports Iowa association in the United States of America. At age 19 he joined Great Lakes Adaptive Sports club in Chicago, IL, United States of America. He first tried wheelchair basketball through Adaptive Sports Iowa but realised it was not for him. He then tried Para powerlifting and discus before deciding to focus on the javelin. "When I put that thing in my hand and threw it [for the first time], it's hard not to feel dangerous. I'm biased, but I think it's the sexiest throwing event."
