In 2023 she spoke about the challenges of finishing her studies at the University of Bologna in Italy alongside her career as an athlete. "I am still enrolled at the alma mater of Bologna, on the degree course in Asian languages, cultures and markets. Every year I try to take a step forward but it's difficult because in addition to training I also have representation commitments. I would like to underline how important the support the university offers me thanks to the Dual Career programme, which offers athletes the opportunity to study and advance their careers.
