Biography
Started: He began swimming at age four in 2005 in Lignano Sabbiadoro, Italy. (Athlete, 09 Sep 2019) Reason: He took up swimming as part of his rehabilitation at age four. He was later inspired by the 2012 Paralympic Games in London. "I have always had a passion for sport and have always dreamed of competing at high levels, but I have understood over the years that it takes commitment and a lot of sacrifice. Swimming allows you to prove who you are to others, even if you do not have use of legs or arms. You can give your best and get results."
