Additional Info: AMERICAN FOOTBALL
As a youngster she was the only girl on the Scarborough Thunder American football team in Canada. She has served as video coordinator for the Saint Mary's University American football team, and has ambitions to coach American football. "I took the video position because I wanted to show him [Saint Mary's University American football coach Steve Sumarah] that I could do it and still be involved in football. I wanted to show him my knowledge of the game because I had been playing for eight years. It was tough watching all of the guys out there playing and living my dream. But I had to prove myself in a different way, even though it's not on the field." (athleticsnovascotia.ca, 12 Apr 2024; cbc.ca, 07 May 2018)
