Having competed at the 2016 Paralympic Games in Rio de Janeiro in a kayaking event [KL3], in 2021 she switched to the va'a boat. "I've been focusing a lot on the VL boat and bettering my technique, as well as my endurance and strength. My coach made an adaptation for me so I don't have to wear my prosthetic in the boat, which has helped a lot and is working well.
