Started: He took up cycling at age 12. In 2014 he joined the Western Sydney Academy of Sport's [WSAS] cycling programme and began competing seriously in 2015. "I played local football for Kings Langley [in Sydney, NSW, Australia] with my mates until I was 17 or 18 and only gave it away because I had to decide between that or cycling."
