Colorado Springs Olympic and Paralympic Training Center resident Sophia Herzog was on the U.S. Paralympics Swimming Emerging Team twice in her career before making the national team in 2015...Herzog was first taught to swim and dive by her mother with the Dwarf Athletic Association of America...She swam with Miranda Uhl and Erin Popovich in her first swim meet with U.S. Paralympics...Daughter of Ralph and Patricia Herzog...Interests include riding horses, drawing, painting, skiing and spending time with her dog Goldy...Lives in the town the show South Park is based on...Is a tour guide at the Colorado Springs Olympic and Paralympic Training Center when she is not training
