- In her spare time, she is an avid crossfitter and became the first female adaptive athlete to compete in an all-women able-bodied crossfit competition without any modifications where she placed 12th out of 60 athletes
- Bieule also enjoys restoring furniture and speaks fluent Spanish
- She is the daughter of Rene and Vivian Rovirosa.
