- Married Matt Maclay in August 2016, and now has a son named Duke, born in 2017
- She currently owns two small businesses — Flower & Flour which is a brick and mortar coffee, bakery and flower shop located in downtown Oklahoma City and Cookies by Kaleo selling custom decorated cookies
- Started playing standing volleyball when she was 9 years old for Oklahoma Peak Performance 12s team
- Was born with a club foot; a tenotomy at 9 months old; placed pins through the toe and heel bones, but left Kaleo with limited calf flexibility and muscle
- Competed at the 2017 World ParaVolley World Super 6 while pregnant
