• Son of Michele Cinnamo-King and Charlie Cinnamo. Has two brothers, Chuck and Chris

• Married to Kate Cinnamo and has two children, Tate and Tess

• Born with a congenital limb deficiency of his right arm
• Played on the football team at Morse High School and was a dual sport athlete at Luther College where he competed on the football and track and field
• Competed in several arenas including various CrossFit competitions, Spartan races, the Arnold Sports Festival and the Working Wounded Games
• Since attending a Paralympic talent camp in Chicago in April 2014, Cinnamo has emerged as one of the top field athletes on Team USA as an F46 shot put thrower
