Son of Carson and Lisa. Has five siblings – Heather, Elizabeth, David, Lorna and Alex.
- Was hit by a car while riding his bike, causing him to be paralyzed at the age of 16
- While in the hospital, Chris Okon, a player from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, came to visit him and gave him the contact information to a local coach.
- Started playing wheelchair basketball just four months after his accident
- Played collegiate basketball at the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater
- One of his favorite quotes is, “People say not to bite off more than you can chew. I would rather choke on greatness than nibble on mediocrity.”
