- Her visual impairment is due to optic nerve atrophy since birth leaving her with 20/300 vision in her right eye and 20/400 vision in her left eye
- Was the WaMac Conference 400m Champion all four years in high school and was named the 2019 WaMac Female Track Athlete of the Year
- Holds school records in the 4x400 and 400m with a PR of 57.54
- Was a Drake Relays medalist in the 400m, Sprint Medley and 4x400
- Is an 11-time state medalist including four medals in the 400m
- Anchored the 4x400 relay to two state runner up finishes and her senior year anchored the 4x400 relay to a 3A State Championship
- Was also named the recipient of the 2019 All Iowa Courage Award
- Attends the University of Northern Iowa and is a member of the Division I Track & Field Team
