• Cohen took up para-snowboarding in 2010. In 2006, she fractured her tibia in a snowboarding accident. Three years later, she was diagnosed with a bone infection in her ankle joint and had to have her leg amputated below the knee after numerous operations
• Works as a paramedic and firefighter
• Daughter of Verena Cohen
• Has two siblings, Lorraine and Elio
• Married to Jorge Moral
• Has one daughter, Taylor
• Hobbies include biking, hiking and paddle boarding
• Fluent in Spanish
• Enjoys cooking and baking but doesn't not like sweets
• Volunteer at the Breckenridge Outdoor Education Center in her free time.
