Biography
Started: He took up Para badminton in 2017. (badminton-aura.org, 31 Jan 2020)
Reason: "Before my accident, I didn't play badminton but I did play tennis occasionally. I have always been particularly attracted to racket sports. My friend Stephen Durand, also from Annecy Badminton Club, introduced me to Para badminton two years after my accident so I got a taste for it very easily. The first year, I played very little because I hesitated between playing tennis and badminton. I really started in 2018, to prepare for my first international tournament in Brazil and the European championships which took place at the end of 2018." (badminton-aura.org, 31 Jan 2020)
Ambition: To win a medal at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris. (LinkedIn profile, 20 Sep 2023)
