Biography
Started: He first tried the sport in 2010 at SAFRA Shooting Club in Singapore. He began training and shooting competitively after being introduced to the Singapore Disability Sports Council [SDSC] in 2017. (Athlete, 20 Aug 2022; sdsc.org.sg, 03 Aug 2021)
Reason: He discovered shooting during his national military service. "I was first introduced to shooting during a cohesion event in the army. I stopped to study abroad and returned to the sport in 2016 after watching the [2016] Olympics in Rio. Hoang Xuan Vinh of Vietnam won the [10m air] pistol event.
