Started: He took up Para athletics in 2012 in South Africa. (Athlete, 23 Oct 2015) Milestones: He became the first athlete representing Namibia to win a gold medal at the Para athletics world championships when he placed first in the T13 400m at the 2013 edition of the tournament in Lyon, France.
