Biography
Started: She first tried the sport at the Daniel Rowing Centre in Israel. (ynet.co.il, 18 Sep 2022 )
Reason: She was a talented dancer before she sustained her impairment. "We heard there was a physical therapist who guided rowing at the Daniel Rowing Centre. I went there and saw heaven before my eyes. A rowing instructor met with me and asked if I wanted to go to the Paralympics. I fell in love with it because after three years, it was the first time I had broken a sweat. I tried professional rowing, kayaking and canoeing. The Paralympic Committee and I saw that canoeing and kayaking were more suitable for me physically. I call it dancing on the water." (ynet.co.il, 18 Sep 2022 )
Ambition: To compete at the 2024 Paralympic Games in Paris. (ynet.co.il, 18 Sep 2022)
Awards: She was named Young Paralympic Sportswoman of the Year for 2022 in Israel. (jpost.com, 20 Feb 2023)
